Your ability to take something I stated out of context and pretend you're making a point is amusing, and a reminder of how chronically dishonest you are.
I never said passing or enforcing unconstitutional law was treason, it isn't and no, enforcing unconstitutional law is not breach of peace either. I NEVER SAID IT WAS!

I listed the three exceptions to "Speech and Debate" which are Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace.
I applied Felony to enforcing unconstitutional law as it's a color of law crime to violate a citizen's rights under the color of law.

You are trying to give more weight to something that simply doesn't have it. Color of Law pertains to depriving individuals of liberty, like the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr., Hate Crime Act. This addresses depriving individuals of liberty based on race. You can't just apply this to things you believe they should apply to.

People like Ernst Roest, who call what has happened in South Africa a White genocide overlook the coming together of Whites and Blacks to overcome differences and to try to repair things there like they have done with potholes in streets there. These Whites don't want their names used as a White Genocide.
