Trump Admin Revokes Grants Over Constitutional Concerns​


Department of Education (ED) Secretary Linda McMahon has ended several grants for colleges with high minority enrollment, citing concerns that race-based quotas are unconstitutional. She has redirected $350 million to schools serving underprepared students, urging support for institutions that assist students without relying on racial criteria.
 
To be clear in advance, I don't wish for anything bad to happen to Trump, but just a thought....... How awesome would it be if J.D. Vance was to somehow become the acting President, that would just about guarantee a Republican POTUS win in 2028, however, I don't see any reason for it at the moment.

I expect this to be challenged in court.

I don't believe you have thought this through. No matter who you run in 2028, you have an uphill climb.
 
Trump replaced his own prosecutor, Siebert, with another personal attorney to prosecute Comey. Unless there is evidence unknown at this time, there is no way this will even get to a jury. Since Trump has posted about Comey, there is a good case for malicious prosecution.
