A federal grand jury indicted former FBI Director James Comey on Thursday, Comey was indicted on charges of making a false statement as well as another for obstruction of a congressional proceeding in connection with testimony he gave before the Senate.

That same grand jury refused to indict on a third charge involving Hillary Clinton. This indictment was brought by another Trump personal attorney. Trump continues to post on this. That's a gift to Comey as I expect his lawyers to argue this is selective prosecution.

Alvin Bragg not only got Trump indicted, but secured 34 felony convictions. That can only happen by unanimity by the jury. Trump got less than 50% of the vote. That is hardly a mandate. No one stole anything from Trump. He lost in 2020.

I don't care how the Democratic party is viewed. It is far more important that individual candidates for election are viewed well. Trump is still very much underwater in his approval ratings.
