#(1) Incorrect, illegal invaders are violating our border law and/or immigration law, that's a criminal act.
#(2) You don't get to pick and choose which laws are enforced or ignored.
#(3) Illegal immigrants are illegal, they are breaking our laws by being here and paul, as your democrats made certain that everyone understood, NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW!

Unless you're a Pedophile President, ain't that right Red?!? ;)

In which case, you just order a hit on some right-wing pusher of propaganda, which gets people talking about that, BUT no matter what trump does, short of nuclear war, the Epstein/Maxwell bomb is still ticking away, and it will eventually blow up!!!

I doubt trump will ever have to face the Kirk Hit he ordered...

Your own article make a distinction between being convicted of crimes and just having crossed the border. You should actually read it instead of telling me what it states. Like I said, just crossing the border is a civil crime, not unlike getting a speeding ticket. If you use a fake passport, that is further than just crossing the border. Otherwise, what I said, still holds true.

No paul, as usual you're wrong, it makes a distinction between border law and immigration law, crossing our border illegally is a violation of both.

Entering our country illegally is a crime and democrats were dead wrong to foster illegal immigration, but you democrats are accustomed to cheating, you are chronic cheaters, liars and cheaters, you think the laws don't apply to you if.... feelings, bullshit!
Illegal immigration is illegal and illegals will be deported, tough shit if you don't like it!

Below is what is says, you are such a liar paul.
Notice the word " both " as well as the word " and "
{ both can be convicted of a crime and for violation of civil violations }

" Whether it's by crossing the U.S. border with a "coyote" or buying a fake U.S. passport, a foreign national who enters the U.S. illegally can be both convicted of a crime and held responsible for a civil violation under the U.S. immigration laws. Illegal entry also carries consequences for anyone who might later attempt to apply for a green card or other immigration benefit. "

It could happen, but not likely anytime soon. This is it for now. Trump's new pick there was the only one who voted for a greater cut.
The median fed official is looking for 2 more rate cuts this year.
There will likely be another 1/4 point cut this year, maybe 2 and then 2 or 3 more in 2026, the economy will be doing well for the midterms. ;)

https://www.americanimmigrationcouncil.org This is what they have to say about this. Just crossing the border is a civil penalty, not a criminal one. This makes sense as they aren't prosecuted as criminals are, just deported.

You can spin this as Trump getting what he wants, but that just isn't the case. His pick for the Fed was the ONLY one who voted for greater cuts. No one yet knows what the economy might do later, but with Trump's trade war, it likely won't be good. Trump has been a disaster for this country.

According to the ACLU, immigrants rights, just being in the country is not a violation of Federal law. It is civil. Everywhere I look this up comes to the same conclusion. One must actually commit some real crime to make them truly illegal immigrants.

Nope, entering our country illegally is a crime!
Illegals can be convicted and jailed for entering the country illegally, but due to the sheer volume of people, 1st offenders are often only deported.

Unfortunately for you and maga, That not what US law says...

BUT, when has maga ever cared what the law or the Constitution says?!?

You talk a lot about "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW" but that's just talk because you all turn right around and break the law as if it's just a suggestion...

Whatever gets you through the night paul, but were getting rate cuts, lol.

Yes, entering the U.S. illegally is classified as a crime under federal law, specifically as "improper entry,"
  • Improper Entry: Under 8 U.S.C. § 1325, entering the U.S. without authorization is considered a misdemeanor. This includes crossing the border at unauthorized points or using false documents to gain entry. The penalties for a first offense can include a fine of up to $5,000 and/or imprisonment for up to six months. For subsequent offenses, the penalties can increase to a fine and/or imprisonment for up to two years.

    Distinction
  • Improper Entry vs. Unlawful Presence: While illegal entry is a criminal act, remaining in the U.S. without legal status (unlawful presence) is not a crime but a civil violation. This means that individuals who are undocumented may face deportation but cannot be criminally charged solely for being in the country without authorization.
Illegals will be deported, they will not vote or be counted for apportionment because they are getting deported, tough shit if you don't like it.

Not so. It is civil. Say, did you see where Trump's FCC chairman pressured Disney and ABC to cancel Jimmy Kimmel? They don't like him criticizing the Donald. Remember, there will be a Democrat in the WH and substitute Republican or MAGA for Kimmel.
