Pete Sessions (R-TX), would eliminate the District’s Judicial Nomination Commission, in turn giving the power to the president. The District of Columbia Policing Protection Act, introduced by Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA), would allow the Metropolitan Police Department to make vehicular pursuits of suspects by repealing restrictions that were established by the D.C. Council in 2022.

As I keep telling you paul, entering the U.S. illegally is classified as a crime under federal law.
You are confusing illegal entry with unlawful presence.
No matter what, illegals will be deported! Because that is the law, and nobody is above the law.
  • Improper Entry: Under 8 U.S.C. § 1325, entering the U.S. without authorization is considered a misdemeanor. This includes crossing the border at unauthorized points or using false documents to gain entry. The penalties for a first offense can include a fine of up to $5,000 and/or imprisonment for up to six months. For subsequent offenses, the penalties can increase to a fine and/or imprisonment for up to two years.

  • Improper Entry vs. Unlawful Presence: While illegal entry is a criminal act, remaining in the U.S. without legal status (unlawful presence) is not a crime but a civil violation. This means that individuals who are undocumented may face deportation but cannot be criminally charged solely for being in the country without authorization.
Illegals will be deported, they will not vote or be counted for apportionment because they are getting deported, tough shit if you don't like it.

You can get that through the House, but it will never get through the Senate.

Trump is an incompetent idiot. He is trying to go after the 1st Amendment, but he won't succeed. If you want to know why, look at my first sentence.
 
Trump needs to better respect our Constitution, every politician does!

Trump's 1st term disregard for our 2nd Amendment made it dam hard for me to vote for him, I meant it when I said I would have voted for Winsome Sears over Trump in a heartbeat if she was on the ticket, actually I didn't vote for Trump in his 1st term primaries, I was surprised he won nomination actually.

But you asshole democrats ran Biden/Harris knowing Biden was a " Weekend at Bernie's " braindead spud, just so you could insert Harris after the fact, and then dropped the Harris turd right on our faces once the braindead Biden was exposed.

There was no choice.

You said Republicans would fail for running Trump again, you talked about how bad you thought Trump was, then ran your same pair of failed turds anyway, because you wanted 1st potus with a vagina and believed your Marxist identity politics would fool the voters.

I'll give you that Trump needs to better respect our Constitution, but so do most all democrats.

Democrats regularly shit on our 2nd amendment, pushed a ministry of truth, social media censorship, interfering with people's right to worship, attempting to force injections of an untested vaccine, parietal rights, alphabet agency corruption, attempting to pack the court.

Today Trump mispronounced Azerbaijan and confused Albania with Armenia. While in the UK he didn't recognize the embassador from there, though he had met him in the WH just nine days earlier.

Ehh, no big deal, Biden would have loaded his diaper and stumbled around looking lost, Harris would have cackled and tossed a word salad.
I think we did the best possible with Trump.
