WTF are you talking about?! Trump is the grievance president. Look for the House to interrogate Alex Acosta, Trump's pick for secretary of labor, who gave Epstein a sweetheart deal back in 2008. Then the Epstein 50th BD book will be surfacing. Trump sure won't like that.

If so paul, then you support burning rainbow flags in public as being an expression of free speech, correct?

What about large gangs walking down city streets wearing white cloaks and pointy hats while saying nigger this and nigger that, protected free speech.... right paul?

Maybe all of these offensive acts could be called, creating a public disturbance? A ticketable infraction anyway.

If you are trying to say there are no hate crimes, then no, I disagree. In Orlando, the state painted over the rainbow cross walk to acknowledge the slaying of gay people there. That was definitely a hate crime. Some people, mainly so called Christians, believe killing some people is justified.
 
I'm not talking about damaging someone else's property, if you are holding a flag and I take it from you without your permission and I burn it, that is a crime, because I would have stolen and destroyed your property, but that's not what we are talking about.

Now the question is who painted rainbows onto the crosswalks in the 1st place and did they have permission?
If the State painted over them then the rainbows weren't allowed to be there in the 1st place, that is graffiti removal, not a hate crime.

Now if a white supremacist paints over rainbow crosswalks that the city put there, that's property damage, but a hate crime needs to cause damage to someone, it's not just a thought in someone's head.
This is what's wrong with you progressives, you want to control people's thoughts, you call any opposition to your agenda racism, it's not.

When someone physically assaults another person, having set out with the intention to do so based on racial hate, that's a hate crime.
But when someone wins a spontaneous fistfight against a person of a different race, say over a disagreement, that's not a hate crime, even if the person has expressed hate in the past.

Do you understand the difference?
People have the right to hate if they want too, people have the right to say offensive things ( not credible threats of violence ) having expressed hate and committing a crime doesn't make it a hate crime unless the INTENT was to commit the crime based on racial hate, it's a matter of intent, just like murder can be accidental, heat of the moment or pre-meditated.

Here's an example of how you liberals get it wrong, say a person expresses support for deporting illegal immigrants at a town hall meeting and later that person gets into a shoving match with an illegal immigrant over a shopping cart at the grocery, that is not a hate crime just because one person expressed an opinion, but you liberals would like to control people by labeling them and punishing free thought that you don't like, this is another reason why you lost the last election.

Suppose the person speaks a racial epitaph during the shoving match, is that not free speech? You think that makes a mutual shoving match ( spur of the moment ) a hate crime? If you do then you are wrong. Because you liberals want to punish thoughts and speech that you don't like, that is unconstitutional.

People should let go of racism because they learn for themselves that it's wrong, because people have empathy, and most people just want to get along.

But you progressive wokes want to control people and force your agenda, that's why you lost the last election.

So paul, burning a flag is not a hate crime even though it feels like it to an onlooker, but it could be: creating a public disturbance.
So yes, Trumps flag burning EO is wrong, I expect the court will say so, they already have 5/4 in the past.

The Justice Department has appealed Cullen’s ruling to the 4th US Circuit of Appeals, which is based in Richmond, Virginia.

In an interview with Univision anchor Maria Elena Salinas, the man -- who was called "Miguel" to protect his identity -- said he first met Mateen on the gay dating app Grindr.


Univision reported the FBI told the network that investigators have spoken with this man, but a law enforcement official would neither confirm nor deny this to CBS News.

The official told CBS News senior investigative producer Pat Milton that Mateen was a frequent user of online dating sites seeking relationships with both men and women.

Men and women have come forward to the FBI claiming to have had a relationship with Mateen, according to the law enforcement official, and all of those claims are being investigated.

Your own article stated that the guy who shot those people had had relationships with women. It is still a hate crime on my book regardless of what you say.

It's a mass shooting hate crime committed by a non-heterosexual, non-white and that's the facts.
 
He was heterosexual according to your own article. He killed 49 people and injured many more. The guy who was disguised in your article was a supposed lover of a guy who was gay and was killed by the shooter.
