Hi
Ok not the best choice of host for this great diode but took a lot of work drilling and connecting the stainless switch in the rear, had to make a special tool to fit all the way in the host and tighten the nut for the switch without ripping the wires, and then making a sleave with a spring for the positive connection, so it's a boost driver set to 480ma and producing 190mw with a G2 lens last time I metered it, it now only accepts a 18350 due to the rear switch mod. There is a bit of artifacts with the G2 but the beam is very tight and nice, I might have a faulty G2 not sure. I've built this host with the side switch in the past, so I went with a different approach this time. When I first started out I really liked this host so I have 8 sitting around. Still a nice laser.
Thanks for looking.
