Yes, it is a long exposure, but the flame is about that long.
Carburetor cleaner makes flames twice as long, but it cannot be used inside because it keeps burning after after it hits things...
Here is another pic. It's damn near impossible it time it right, the flames get slightly longer then shown here.

That won't happen, there's no oxygen in a can of axe.
