Pin out on Red / Ir Diodes From PHR 803 -T

Does anyone have info on this diode power pin out max Ma ??i have a couple now I was wanting to experiment with but at least wanted to know basic info before i start on it is it a 5mw? if so i'll leave them alone

Yup, it's a reader so it won't be more than 5mW.

Might I remind you that the 405's that we are pulling out of these drives are also 'only readers'? I think the red can take around 100mA, I posted up the pinout before, let me see if I can find it.
Bah... I cant find it right now. But I can tell you that with the ground pin facing the bottom (6 o'clock) the red an IR pins are either the pin at 9 o'clock or the pin at 3 o'clock. The one at 12 is for the the PD.
