Those are some really nice beamshots. Especially nice I think is the quality of the color that shows through. Many times, correct color saturation can be lost in beamshots, but yours are very nice in that regard. Nice work!!:beer:


On another (and somewhat goofier) note, when I first glanced at the pic of your Tesla coil (without noticing the caption), I thought it was some sort of experiment to bake a potato with your laser.....:crackup::crackup::crackup:

Oh well. Some days, I'm just not the sharpest tool in the shed.......

Thanks aj and kap. I'm trying to hold off on using the laser until my safety glasses arrive. I love my retinas too much... My next build is going to be a 5mw "blue" laser from deal extreme which I will be turning into a Spirograph. A blue Spirograph is cool right? Or should I use green? I will also be submitting a seperate Spirograph design to laser beaks 5w red laser competition.
