I ended up giving my entire B&W darkroom away on Google Freecycle -never found many around my areas over the past years that wanted to share it with me & or others.. Been boxing and moving it with me since 1970 must have set it up 5 times but just did not have the energy & $$ to keep it up. For me time stopped in the darkroom-
I often went in when it was dark outside and stayed so long I missed an entire day--++++

&in my lifetime I will never get back much of my investment in Fs and my 7 nikor lenses

I agree, I miss darkrooms the friendships that were built in them and for some reason it seemed more rewarding watching it come to life.

I actually got out of photography for a few years during the initial switch from film to digital. For me the quality just wasn't there. Digital has came a long way and so has the quality of prints.

I've been teaching myself Eagle to design boards. Reminds me of teaching myself Photoshop. Old dogs can learn new tricks, it just takes a few tries. :)
