So I've FINALLY decided on building my bluray! ;D Now the question is, where can I buy a PHR-803T diode???? I've got everything else, this is the only peice that seperates me and my creation. :'(

i sell harvested PHR803Ts. (see link in my sig)

or if you don't want to any work at all, I also sell complete modules with a rkcstr driver set to 120mA. just connect 9V battery and BAM

I like the Daedell ones, but they don't look like the diodes I am familiar with. Why don't they have the three pins sticking out?

They do. In the picture, you are looking at the front (window) side of the diode still in its heat sink. The pins are on the other side.
