PHR-803T sled, which diodes are which?

Is there a good thread somewhere that examines this sled, all the parts though most importantly which laser diodes are which (there are two, 650/405 I'm assuming?) and the pinouts?  Thanks!

The three pin diode is the 405nm one.

Yeah, I'm still looking - but if anyone has a good external link too...
I'm also interested in the properties of the cube combiner and the other optics. I also want to fire up the non 405nm laser diode.
