PS: this monday my exams end, and i have nearly all required parts for my driver... I hope I can get the high capacity ceramic capacitors soon, and build the first prototype

It will finally be capable of up to 12V at 300mA, although it can give 5V@500mA. It will include battery overdischarge protection, disconnecting the power if the batteries are below 3V.
The bad news is that it will be blu-ray only, as it needs 2.6V to work.
The price will be quite low too if I finally sell them.

nah, no more than 2 at this moment. Better in heatsink. It's just to have some spare diodes to use as victims. If I don't blow any of them I won't probably need more PHR's for a while.

Just to let you guys know, Rkcstr still isn't selling drivers yet, but I do still have PHRs in Aixiz modules or bare - just drop me a PM if you're interested.


Also, please note that I am not selling to the US at the present. (Though I am working on this - specifically an OEM agreement, and may announce something in a few hours!)
