paypal fees change? lol wut

So I have here 2 payments of $3 sent to me. Both were done within 5 minutes of eachother. One of them is 3 cents more. What's the deal here? lol

How many transactions have you done that day prior to these two payments ?
Looks like there is a 0.03 initial charge when you do a transaction for the first time that day.

i never really paid attention to the specific fees...kinda makes me want to go through both of my accounts and see how much i got scammed out of...

contact paypal support and ask them why the fees are different.

They'll probably fee you the $.03 refund.

I sent my friend a penny once... Paypal fees round up.

No, the 39 cent charge was first, then 42 cents the 2nd time. So it would be the other way around (charge more for the 2nd transaction). HOWEVER! I did the same thing yesterday and the fees were the same :-/ :-? observe

EDIT: Now I see that the 2 $6 amounts i've received today also have different fees. This is simply foolish.
