I need to make a 2w or higher laser for cheap. Does anybody know what parts i would need to make this laser? Also, what is a cheap but VERY powerful diode?

It wasn't rude. You should do your research before posting the most general question I've ever heard. Do some reading, learn, then ask the essential questions.
