Hey people..
The problem of the Page load jump has been temporarily
been fixed.
The problem was the large Google Search bar at the top
of every page that took time to load.
One it was loaded the page your were on would jump down
a few lines and you'd end up clicking on the wrong Thread/
Post.
You can find the Google Search Bar at the bottom of any
page just below the Reply Box.
