Ya it is about 13 mw of IR. Today I had a new peak of 937mw and stayed above 900mw for almost 2 minutes then stayed above 850mw for another 3 minutes then I turned it off. .

+850mW for 5 minutes straight sounds too good to be true for a Krapton with no TEC or internal fan.

LPM graphs would help verify your claim.
