Thanks for the support guys. Now I really want a 80mW 589 even more now, the spartan is just a bit too dim. Come on, somebody sell me their PGL. ILL PAY full current price! Lol

Hi olympus mons,
Very nice beam shot pics! It is really something how far the quality cell phone cameras have come. These photos certainly prove that. I hope that the lasers you are using splashing against your wall tapestry didn't burn anything. Keep on taking great shots!

Thanks Bruce that means a lot coming from the master. I did burn a hole in the tapestry but for the rainbow pics nothing was higher than 250mW so all was well. Using an 18650 instead of 2 18350 cells in my 1.5 W 445 was the key. Should have done that the first round of pics.
I love that thread of accidental burns from people. It's not hard to do with 450 and 405's. Lol.

Re: olympus mons beam pic gallery. RGBY added 10/5

Hey Olympus,
Whenever I am using my Laserebtb HL405 500mw's I can only have them on for a few seconds as the walls in my laser room are painted black and when I am photographing I can already smell the smoke thru the fog smell in seconds. I have a few 1W 445's but rarely use them as they are too bright for what I try to do. When I used to shoot in my garage I melted one of my wifes plastic watering jugs and the way she found out was when she filled it had a nice hole in it where the water started to leak out. And the black fabrics I used to use in my garage are like swiss cheese. There are dozens of pin holes. I think I should hang one up and shine a powerful flashlight thru it with fog and see how it looks.

Fess up Bruce, you borrowed my Galaxy Note 4 for all your pics:D
I haven't taken any laser pics with my phone yet although I know it would do a good job. Not sure how to post pics with it. Think I would have to download them to my computer and then upload to
Imageshack.com like my other cameras.

Pman, you should be able to download them directly to Imageshack, or Photobucket, or whatever you are using, straight from your phone, unless you wanted to edit them on the computer first, and not on Imageshack.

I email them to myself, then to downloads, then to photo editor to make 800 pixels, then to my folder titled sized for LPF, Then finally drag them into my photo bucket. It's a huge pain in the ass but I just realized I can control the image size when taking the photos but they are still 1 meg. I wish the Galaxy had the capability to custom set the pic size. Would make life a whole lot easier. This thread probably took a couple hours to make but I wanted everything uniform and correctly sized for tablet users.
Does anyone know can you adjust picture size on Photo Bucket? Would be better if I could save them to my bucket right from my phone then resize for LPF.

I have flikr autoupload as well as google photos, it helps. I have a note 5, and i agree the camera quality is amazing in low light

Yes, you can set your pics to any size you want on Photobucket, at least the sizes we're talking about here.

Go to your "library", touch on your pic where you see the 3 horizontal lines; one of the choices will be "edit" click that, and then when the pic comes up, you will have an option to "re-size" as one of the many modifications you can do to that pic. Be sure to click on "apply", and then "save" after you make your edits.

EDIT: Here is a link to a screenshot of the "edit" page on Photobucket.
