So I never said about this before so people didn't fear Olike, but the dilda I bought from Susie broke the second day after like 2 hours. :-/ The diode just went off. I mailed susie for what i consider a defective unit (although I never expected her to fully replace it) and I've got to say WOW.

She asked me to send her the broken unit, and after 2 weeks, she told me that the diode was broken so there was no posible repair, and so i got a :oFREE SECOND UNIT :o. Today I recived it and I'm just the happiest guy in the world today (also cuz euro climbed up against dolar but anyways :p ).

That's reassuring when buying laser pointers from susie to know we have a warranty ;)
 
Yeah, she responds very quickly to my questions!

I asked her about their modules and their pointers, etc and she responded within a couple hours. Keep it up Susie! ;)
 
Yeah... Susie tries very hard to give good customer service and
succeeds... I have no problems ordering from her... 8-)

yep, I'm now using the laser and it still works so I guess this unit is Ok :D
