O-Like safety goggles

I bought a cheap pair off ebay based on testing by Kenom and even though my testing confirmed his; I still only trust my glasses from OEM with 100% confidence. The reason I don't really trust them is because unlike the ones he tested that were clearly "Eagle Pair" branded with specs listed on the glasses mine did not have the same markings. Admittedly they did do their job when I took a direct hit from my 160mw 660nm. I think what freaked me out is that they use a reflective coating (unlike my OEM ALG that use an absorptive) so I still saw an insanely bright spot on he lens. Admittedly I may be paranoid over nothing but I figure I only have two eyes and potentially ruining them from crappy glasses isn't with the risk which is why I jumped on the recent OEM GB.

All that rambling aside I would trust a pair of actual "Eagle Pair" glasses that had the correct markings but unfortunately there have been what appear to be fakes popping up recently so make sure you buy from a reputable seller. and if you have an LPM do your own testing. Just remember to move the glasses around while testing so you don't burn a hole in them.

I can easily see this happening if the laser damaged the lens of the eye.

I'm looking at picking up some OEM's with my next paycheck. I am looking into this pair here. Any experience with these? I'm taking it as a blessing that I have zero damage, nothing. I'm not taking this blessing for granted.
 
Before I forget my 445 glasses are the AL3 filter not ALG. I don't have experience with those but I know that they're quite popular here. They have good OD for your 405, 445, and 532s and a high VLT. Just remember that they will not stop any IR from unfiltered 532s. You could always reread the GB thread as there were a bunch of recommendations for various wavelengths but with 15 pairs of those ordered in the last GB I honestly don't think you could go wrong with them. Also take a look at the measurements for the different frames. You want to get ones that are comfortable so you'll actually wear them.
