O-Like Problem

I recently spent about 85 dollars on a 200mW Red Laser, and 2 pairs of safety goggles from O-Like. Today, my money was refunded with no explanation. I tried emailing the only email that was provided in the Paypal refund notification, yet she was extremely unhelpful and did not know anything. Now I have to wait a full week for my money to process and be sent back, and even longer to try buying the laser again.

Anyone have any advice or had the same problem?

Very strange. Where are you located? I'd try to contact Susie on MSN; maybe they thought it was in stock but wasn't.

I'm from Ontario. The woman who I emailed actually gave me another representative to talk to: "Roy Greenwood." After talking to this guy he said he would send me the laser personally after I sent a payment via "Western Union." He was very unproffessional and after discussing this with him and my concerns, he told me to "F*** Off." Clearly I am speaking to the wrong person. Your help would be much appreciated.

Someone just had the same problem. The money went to like o-lime.com or something and his money was refunded. I think someone made a temporary typo on the site maybe? It's interesting that this happend to two people in a short time

Um. Something doesn't sound right here. Western Union? Roy Greenwood? This doesn't sound like o-like at all. Are you absolutely positive something didn't get redirected?

I've never heard of O-Like requesting you send funds by Western Union. And I've never heard anyone on this forum mention anyone from O-Like except for "Susie" or "Vivien" ; granted, that's actually probably 8-10 people who use those names, but Roy Greenwood?

I've ordered about 10 lasers from O-Like; all orders were trouble free except for one where the laser arrived with a cracked window, and O-Like sent me another one without any argument or fuss whatsoever. (I just had to send them a picture of the damage.) -- they shipped it out before I shipped the broken one back.

The names, practices, and characteristics here don't sound like O-Like at all.

Contact them via MSN and speak to them about it. MSN chat address is O-Like@live.cn .

Thats very interesting, I had recently made 2 purchases from O-Like. I ordered on the 6th and that went through fine, I believe it just made it to the States. And I also placed another ordered 3 days ago, but the paypal invoice seems to be correct.

There are 2 sites :
o-like.com & o-like.net
who is real? dunno.

on o-like.com you can find more lasers like 445 - which you wont find in the .net site

I'm also from Ontario, St.Catharines to be exact.
I've placed 3 orders with O-Like, always very professional.

something is clearly going to the wrong person.
o-like.net seems to be an old domain that is NFG.
use o-like.com it's the real deal.

O-like.com is the correct site... Looks to me like o-like.net is a scam clone site... Did you order from .com or .net?

you got refunded, dont send the money via western union, its a scam. i know its unrelated, but i got scammed on ebay from a guy in nigeria asking me to send what i sold, give him shipping with tracking, and refund him money via western union. i'd reorder from O-LIKE.COM. just my 2 cents
