I made an other heatsink for my 9mm didoe tommorow, it come from an old graphic card ram heatsink.
i wraped the KTP in some indium foil (which are better than aluminium, because more smooth)
i used a bolt, and the equivalent screw that i holed. I fixed my vanadate and ktp in the bolt, now i can control the rotation of both.
To fix the vanadate, i sticked an indium foil (with glue), make a hole, then placed the Vanadate, and then recover him with a second holed foil that i glued on the first foil
I made also a tec cooled system, but their is too much vibration due to the fan below the heatsink, i will place it in front of him.
With the tec, the bolt is really cold. But im not completely satisfied with the build, i obtained some nice power with this system, but i suspect that the alignement between the KTP and vanadate is not as good (maybe some few degrees in difference), when i place the KTP far from the vanadate. Tommorow i will saw the bolt in twice, so i could check the alignement of the setup. I will try some lens setup too.
