Hello everyone from Russia, this is my brightest green laser pointer. I used Nichia NUGM04 525nm laser diode at 2.3 amps. Output power of this thing is around ~1.6-1.8w of green spectrum. The brightness of this beast similar to my NUBM07E 470nm 5w build. The divergence is sucks with standard g-ball lens. Host-convoy m21C. Here is the some photos with my other lasers and beamshots:A1F5FF94-936E-47D6-A286-866815803D9A.jpeg3562AB42-C009-4F57-9B75-5C1CB16BC050.jpeg150mw vs 1600mw Sanwu striker 3w 445nm vs 1.6w 525nm5w 470nm NUBM07E vs 1.6w 525nm700mw 520nm vs 1.6w 525nm91DF0F8E-6823-4785-A0DC-C39D5E1432E4.jpegDE22B062-761D-4EDE-ABCB-00C2F51B1446.jpeg

Using a G8 lens will help a bit with the horrible divergence and you may see a little higher output power as well. Another option is to leave the ball lens in place and use a 6X expansion C-lens pair in front of it to 'circularize' (in reality 'squareularize' :0) the output for much lower divergence and a much higher power density. Yet another option is to use a beam expander which will lower divergence and lessen the apparent "bar" at the expense of lower power density in the nearfield.

Also, neat looking place you're at in the last couple pictures!

Nice, Thanks for posting.

Is the Nichia NUGM04 the highest power green diode we've got now? I guess I haven't been paying much attention.
Glad you posted you safety glasses with first pic, literally safety first (picture).
I think your blue laser in the fifth picture has a mismatch of laser color vs host color (blue laser in red host), caught my eye for a bit. :)

Pretty sure it is, at least that I know of there's nothing else that has a rating from the horse's mouth that matches or exceeds 1.35W @1.9A operating current and 1.6W (extrapolated from operating current output) at the 2.3A Absolute Maximum.

How about using the G-ball adjustable lens adapter at Barnett Laser products? This product also has threads to allow a G8 to be attached in front.

However, there are no light output specs or beamshot comparisons to determine how well the product works.

Pretty sweet laser, very nice build.
The heatsink/head on that thing is huge, or maybe its shortness lends to it appearing larger.

Becareful where you point that thing, you might scare Zelenskyy! :ROFLMAO:
