You might not need a projector for this. If it's just a static image of a relatively simple logo, the cheapest way would probably be to get a custom diffraction grating made that creates the logo. Not sure I'd trust those gratings to handle the required power...

Not sure I'd trust those gratings to handle the required power...

I'm sure there are manufacturers that let you choose different materials that could handle it. There are first-contact reflective diffraction gratings out there too.
