Heres a 1W 9mm from snoctony. Ask him for higher output versions, tell him you may review a unit in LPF and ask for a discount.
Be warned I never bought from him. I just asked him someday and he said he had powers up to 3W iirc.

IIRC the 2W 808's are multimode, has poor divergence and has a max output of 1.4-1.5W before they blow out
If you're upto it, there are several IR diodes over the bay!
