If you have a leak that doesn't flash off, the laser won't light it unless you're close. When I use the pointer we're in the open surrounded by non-reflective pipes, equip, etc. During the day you can only see the dot, at night you can see the beam, but the dot is at least 40 to 50 yards away. Plus contractors are there only during the day except for shut downs...

I'd say you should be more worried catching a glims of an arc but I could be wrong. Those welders are BRIGHT.

^^^ Yes, it's over 1.2W (mine is over 1.5W) and it'll take a week to arrive here in Brazil. Don't get the tracked way, or you'll be taxed 78%.

By the way, did you have any extra taxe when the LP arrived in Brasil? (alfândega)

Any import operation in Brazil can be taxed. It depends on how "lucky" you are to get sampled. But any courier delivery is held by customs. From that, it will depend if the product/value/origin is taxed or not. I received mine declared as flashlight, untracked, no taxes, just one week.

Yes these are still available for a short time. Once I am out I will not be bringing anymore in stock. All done with these.

So far the 5 mode has been very durable. This is now my new work laser pointer. It's been bumped & banged a bunch of times on ladders, staging, handrails, etc & it hasn't had any problems...:gj:

LOL, Yeah I remember last time I said that I only lasted maybe a month without selling/building these. I think this time though there are a lot more 445nm lasers out there for a decent price so people are losing interest in these. I may just switch to a new style or something.

Ah, ok. You mean done with this style. Gotcha. Makes sense. Between you, Garoq, and a couple others, there's a lot of C6's out there. Ill be interested to see what you come out with. :pop:
