First, you already know I don't need to ask you anything to find out what I want.

Second, I'm not interested documentation so that I can write software for your customers.

I'd like to use this module in a project, but I'd be pulling the datastream off of it and processing it on an Arduino. This is useful because it moves some of the processing off the Arduino and allows me to do it with a prefabricated, easy-to-work-with board. Your Eagle Eye™ software unfortunately doesn't run in this environment. I don't think the .NET Framework would begin to fit in 256k of flash memory.

It seems like an insult to reverse engineer a product for a legitimate use without first consulting the manufacturer to find out if they'd be willing to support their product in a different OEM application from what they were expecting.

I suspect your PCB's are still in transit (not been 10 business days), but I do have a relevant question.

What's the operating voltage on the serial output? I assume it's one of the RS232 standard voltages?

No... the PCBs have been here for a while... Just ironing out a few
Software and Firmware issues...

The DL-Module™ Serial port's Voltage is compatible with any standard
RS-232 Port on a Computer... or using the supplied RS-232 to USB
converter on any Computer with a USB Port that can run our Windows
[FONT=&quot]Eagle Eye™[/FONT] Data Logging software.

We had a major Hardware/Firmware issue and needed to
address that before releasing the DL-Module...
That is one of the reasons we don't like to announce new
products before we are satisfied that they are ready to be
put on the market...

We believe that we have almost solved all the issues...
We're just waiting for field test results to come in...
