I have an LPC-815 seated in an aixis module and attach to Odic Force Alloy Module Holder/Heatsink (12mm). I drive it at 245mA. Do my heatsink good enough and current low enough to give me a no duty cycle of laser fun?

Its always a good idea to keep hold of the head, when it starts getting warm, thats your duty cycle.

If you mean this one... -

... You should be fine with that holder for near, "No Duty Cyle", use with an LOC at fairly high running. I would not usually use the back part of the Aixiz module and just clamp the front part. I had to open the jaws up a little with a screwdriver to get the module in comfortably but that may just be the surface finish on my one.

As ped says, when it gets very warm, it's time to give it a break, but I wouldn't expect that in seconds, more like minutes. If you can place it on a metal surface; even better.
