For those who do not know, National Institute of Science and Technology are the folks who do the US National standards of time, frequency, mass, temperature, standard materials samples, and a whole lot of other very useful things, including research assigned to them by congress etc.
With the caveat that silicon sensors in web cams are lousy sensors for 1064 nm light, even when "modified" or designed for night use, enjoy:
