Just a thought,
You can buy image intensifiers ( night vision) binoculars for about $1500. Even 4th gen this is FAR too much! Gen 4 is typically around $5000-7000 with an IR illuminator.
$18,000 is a price gouge.
I buy my ammo and optics for my firearms from MD Charlton ! You need to make an account before getting anything from these guys. They are a law enforcement and military store.
They are pretty reasonable people to deal with.
