New moderator to replace NairB?!

i honestly dont think the forum needs any more moderators right now.. ever since i edited the yabb script to make it so users can't posts links until they have 20 posts, there has been virtually no spam.

as the forum grows more moderators will probably be necessary but right now i really don't think having more moderators is necessary.

Perhaps what is needed is a definition of moderation, and expected conduct from moderators. For example: participating (rather than intervening when necessary) in debate and conflict.
 
Debate and conflict is natural for humans, and i for one will not intervene in peoples squabbles unless they really get heavy with racist, sexist or threatening behaviour towards each other, oh and spamming there own companies and perverted sites will be deleted.
I consider myself a very fair minded moderater and believe in live & let live...

Actively "trying" to find a moderator is a risky move.... like trying to find a wife???????

If you "try" you will alright, and boy will you be sorry!..... its better to let it happen naturally....... A man's gift makes room for him...
it will be obvious who the next moderator should be "if any".

We just have to give it time to jell and mellow..... then it will be right.....


And If elected, I promise to........ opps.... just kidding! :P ;D
