The LPM was broken before you sent it to me. Yes, after much arguing and procrastination on your part, you paid $100 to get it fixed... leaving me to pay the $30+ for shipping.

It was not an easy or pleasant transaction and if I had it to do again I would just buy a new Laserbee directly from Jerry.
