that is a simple formatting for a complex design. is the laser hardware pre-built or did you make it? i know you used the DAC module which is cool. looks like that's the communication layer between devices. sorry for all the question. rather interested and new to the laser hobby. thank you for information so far
i built the laser projector.
the software (LSX) talks to the DAC (ether-dream), which converts data from the into control voltage signals that control the laser intensity and move the mirrors to draw the patterns.

are laser projectors a hard build?
they're pretty complicated, but if you take your time and do research, they're not terribly difficult to build.
