Survival Laser Fixed Current Driver
The Survival Laser driver is made to our specifications by an electrical engineering firm specializing in power supply design. It is a 'buck' type diode driver circuit, capable of delivering a wide range of regulated current at a recommended input voltage of 4.2 to 8.4 volts. The switching regulator IC chip has an efficiency as high as 92%, which means that no driver heat sinking is required for most current outputs. Driver circuit board is 16.8mm in diameter and is designed to fit P/N SL-PBR1 Pill & Brass Ring, which in turn fits the C6, Survival Laser S4 and Survival Laser stainless steel host assemblies. Lead wires are 1-5/8" long 26 AWG silicone insulated for flexibility and durability. Available in 445mA, 530mA, 1A, 1.5A, and 1.8A current output options. Note: Brass ring not included.

Blank Battery Contact Board
The blank battery contact board is useful when mounting a non circular-shaped driver in your host. Simply solder the board's positive and negative wires to the corresponding input terminals on your driver. Circuit board is 16.8mm in diameter and is designed to fit P/N SL-PBR1 Pill & Brass Ring, which in turn fits the C6, Survival Laser S4 and Survival Laser stainless steel host assemblies. Lead wires are 1-5/8' long 26 AWG silicone insulated for flexibility and durability.

Drilled C6 Driver Pill & Brass Ring
This is the same driver 'pill' and brass ring that is included with our DIY host assemblies, but with the pill drilled through with a .630" (16mm) diameter opening. Perfect for use with our P/M SL-BBCB Blank Battery Contact Board and rectangular shaped driver circuits. Fits the C6 and our S4™ and stainless steel hosts. Designed for 16.8mm diameter round driver boards. Note: Driver circuit not included.

External Lens Spring 5-Pack
A 5-pack of our popular stainless steel spring that goes around the outside of a standard lens housing and keeps the lens under tension against the diode module for more precise focusing. Easy to adjust and holds the lens position better than Teflon tape, which needs to be replaced periodically. This spring is sized for standard glass lenses so that there is still a bit of room to compress when the lens is focused to infinity. The ends of the spring are ground for smoother turning. Note: The spring may be trimmed with wire cutters in those circumstances (such as with a 405-G-1 or red lens) when there may be insufficient room between the focusing ring and the diode module.
