Nope,I decided to try to open a dispute for a item not as described just to see what they would do,and when you escalate that as a claim they automatically close it :-?.That only works when it's an ebay item.

YEAH !! Let's call the police, and tell them, "Officer ....he stole my Pot !" Maybe if lasers were legal that would work...but since you are talking about something that is NOT on the right side of the law - you would be screwing yourself over, not him. Just my $0.02 (U.S.)

It's not illegal here,but illegal in Australia,that would work on my side.But I don't think I can make a report in Australia without being there,and filling a report here for something that costs US$175 is a waste of time,not to mention that I would have to use the e-mails and a proof,and a clearly ask him to lie in the customs paper to avoid taxes.
