Need your opinion about my order and Lazerer please.

Hello everyone,

On 2/8/13, I ordered a the 1.5w rifle from lazerer with the express shipping.

Lazerer immediately emailed me a paypal payment confirmation which I accepted.

Lazerer then took the payment and deducted my funds.

It is 2/12/13, and it has been more than four days and I have yet to receive any type of order confirmation. The only thing I have is the payment confirmation.

I emailed Lazerer on 2/10/13. No reply.

Without any pre-order/invoice sheet of their services/merchandise or order confirmation of any of their services/merchandise, Lazerer can easily take my money and run. I would not even be able to contest this transaction through paypal because there currently is no documentation as proof that I even ordered anything. At this point, I simply gifted the money to Lazerer.

What do you think I should do next?
 





You should relax and take a deep breath.

Ordering through the website, and the payment process are both automated.

Express shipping, and express order processing are also not the same thing.

Unfortunately you placed your order while everyone at lazerer, and in much of china, is on holiday. Your order definitely will not be sent out at least until next monday.

As JLM posted, contact Max, and be patient. You'll be fine. (Will just take a while, and yes, waiting sucks.)

This Forum does not work for any Chinese sellers !!!!

I suggest that you CONTACT THE SELLER !!!!

Everyone knows that the Chinese are celebrating their
New Year and will be off until at least February 17 2013.

The Noobs come here to whine about an order they
placed elsewhere BEFORE even registering on this Forum
and expect us to play "Customer Service Department".
They only seem to register to Whine...

It's like me going to my neighbor and asking why my
Digikey order hasn't arrived and what I should do..
After a few guys knocked on his door asking similar
questions.. he would get pi$$ed.

I think the next time I see a 1st post from a Noob that
basically states "where is my item I ordered elsewhere"
instead of introducing themselves in the "Welcome"
section first he/she will get Neg Repped.... :mad:

Agreed on all counts above. I don't mind answering the occasional question, but it's starting to get OLD fast.

Yes, it's annoying.

At least, the op could do a little search on this forum about Lazerer before posting and get an information that he is a reliable seller...

Not to mention the Chinse holiday issue...
