Weller WTCPT + WTCPTD Temperature Controlled Soldering Station, Weller WTCPT WTCPTD - at the Test Equipment Depot
If you look around you can probably find it even cheaper...
BTW I just changed my Iron Tip after almost a year of
daily use...
Actually it took a 1LB roll of .020 dia. FluxCore solder to
wear it out...
