Need help finding the right laser for an invention.

Any way to get a laser like these that don't have a 60/60 duty cycle? I really need one that I can leave on longer.

Sorry for the dumb questions. I'm a laser noob.

Does it need to be portable?

Lab type heatsinks like one i purchased from mike here on the forums and pictured below are usually cheap and larger than portables. I mean you could make a lab heatsink portable with a battery pack i guess but i usually use mine with an adjustable lab psu so not so portable.

Otherwise you will need to purchase a much larger portable host and large hosts arnt cheap.

Then i recommend finding the physically largest host you can.
