Need a premade laser that can cut through tape at minimum

Hi! Im looking for a laser that would be able I to cut through tape at the very least, I have already found some but im just looking for advice from someone more experienced. Also would I be needing safety glasses for these? I already think I know a good pair I can get. Thanks in advance!

Hello there Alaskan , I would recommend a prebuilt laser from sanwu or survival lasers but because this may be your first laser I strongly recommend you get a laser that's under 1w in the range of 200mw to 500mw because you have to start with something not very powerful for your first laser not like 200mw to 500mw is not powerful it definitely falls into that retina-frying category and will surely cut tape you should also get the appropriate googles yea they are expensive but anyone including me will recommend these to you.
