Need a new years laser 1w+

I'll warrantee the laser for 90 days, but can't really warrantee the diode, as any high powered diode is likely to burn out if it is left powered on for to long and duty cycles aren't followed. But if you did happen to kill the diode, I would replece it at cost.

1 m inute on and 1 minute off and the laser should last you a good long, long time. It has a heavy duty copper heatsink so you could easily push it beyond 1 minute, but I don't think I've ever even left a laser powered on for that long, after initially building and testing it.
