Nice design on the heatsink and focus adapter. I like the host as well. The driver shelf is the way to go there.

Hi D,
Thanks i like to sink the drivers over 1.8A and copper to copper well it can't be bad. 3200 to 3300 mW's isn't to bad and stable for the 2-18350's.
Lots of ribs on the sink to dissipate some excess heat to.. thank you pal ..hey I try ..

Rich:)

Oh may goodness, that's just beautiful.
I love the look of the sink Rich, very retro Sci-Fi, out of the 50's.

Awesome build my friend.

Hi RB,
Thank you and when you handle it you can feel the weight and heft of the copper sink and knob. Duty cycle for this is unbelievable over two minutes and only a little warm not much. Had a great time building it.

Hi made a mistake sorry, its a NDB7875/9MM Diode ..

Rich:)

I'm always way interested but it's a matter of money or lack of enough to do what I want to do so I must wait for some things until the time is right......

Hi,No pressure pal when your ready..

Rich:)
You and DTR are on the top of my list of resources for getting the parts that I can't make for myself (I don't see that changing anytime soon) And I will def be getting back to you...... :thanks:

Very nice looking diode. This is one of the ones I want to get. Their are two on my mind now. Can't decide which one i want. They are both expensive.
