My Strange 445nm

to align the beams i do this :

blue = LEXAN
green = glue

and i align the blue beam with the little RED laser
 





So much for the Flashlights.. Its a whole new concept for custom lasers.. I think im in love with this!! Please do more..
Tutorial Anyone?
