First I tried a few online decoders but none of them recognized it, but when he said it was five words I was pretty sure it was the "the cake is a lie" meme from the game.

LOL, my friend at school made a t-shirt with the aperture logo, it was pretty funny, but this is absolute genius. I remember at my school, we have this library system where you scan books you check out, so I printed a bunch of BS barcodes and added them to the system, then rented them to my account so on my library late notice it said "kamasutra for kids" and other stuff LOL
