For the true 30 you can use any random NiMH batteries or alkalines.

You don't need goggles for the DX true 30 if you are careful with it. You will need them for the 200mw red if you plan on burning stuff with it.

thats true, but to tell you the truth, i dont even have a pair of goggles. Yes, ive gotten a few reflections from my lasers, but they were not nearly enough to cause any more than a few dots in my vision for over a half an hour. but if someone would like to donate a pair... ;D

well i just ordered the lasers + charger + batteries

if I ever get any more powerful lasers, my budget will first go to goggles, then the lasers...
