right, got some pictures of the beam with deoderant, theyre not great but theyre the best i could get in daylight, might take some tonight to see if theyre much better

Also, my <1mw "test" didn't look that good or visible in a well lit room.
I don't think there are ppl anxiously awaiting to see a <1mw beam shot!

ive just bought some bits online for a 100mw(ish) portable laser ive made a new thread with the details in

Those 1st 2 shots look pretty good. I'd venture a guess it was so dark that the camera tried to setup for the red source since its so much brighter than the surroundings. Also, it may have done a time exposure since it was so dark overall. If the camera wasn't secured, just hand held, even good focus can be hard.
