Soooo.. i've been talking about the diy project CODE-RED to some of my friends here,
I've finally got a chance, and i have done it today..
This is my Very First Build so please be nice , a little less is also ok
It is a CloseCan 660nm RED at ~300mA output approximately 200mW
It runs off One 18650 2600mAh Sanyo with Unlimited Duty Cycles,
I have tested it , running for about 15 minutes and it just gets a little warm..
I wanted to make the first build concentrating more on the diode life because i want to keep it for as long as its possible..
I made another labby , LPC long open can, at ~457mA 300mW and i didnt notice much of a difference in burning, but the beam is about 20% less brighter, and yes i can live with that with same happiness
Thanks for the advices y'all but i think im not as good as most of you ppl arround here, but just to be  i did it without much tools :S as i have quite a few equipments.. but i am sure i didnt leave anything out and build it pretty much the way it could possibly be ..awesome imo :$
