My first DIY blue ray

Hello,
I'm going to build my first Blue-Ray DIY with a 6x diode removed from an LG GGW-H20LRB

If someone can confirm that the BR diode is the first one on the photo

The blu-ray diode is on the right, closest to your heatsink. The pin out is like this:

Just don't kill it...

It's not my first laser but only my first Blue-Ray 6x and all work fine  
I use an ESD carpet and pins is always shunted before harvesting the diode and taking out of heatsink
With this method I never killed a diode

Here my 6x build on LedLenser P7...  240mW at 198mA (without back of acrylic lens opened) I Love It

Im also making my first DIY blu-ray laser, but I don't know to max power of my diode, nor how to set the power of the diode. You find the tut im following here, and also the schematic of the circuit here at the instructables wed site, it's called New 007 weapon - revealed! (Kipkay made the tut and to me to ask you for help). Can some body tell me what to do to set the diode at 25 mW? I can provide photos if you want.
