It has a Rkcstr drive set at a conservative 95ma, and a small heatsink around the Aixiz module......
As well as the clicky on the tail end this one has a push button.....

The front of the flashlight has the Aixiz lens fitted and will be flipped round the wrong way so that the focus sleeve covers the heatsink......

sounds like you have your work cut out for you Rog a bit of machining os a pushbutton and drill bit and lots of ingenuity and you'll have yourself  a clicky and momentary button blu-ray :D

(edit) the pics just finished loading looks like it already is set up with the button.

It is running from 2 X 10440 @3.6v each so it is only just over the minimum voltage required for the Rkcstr drive but it smokes electrical tape instantly, is very easy to focus.

I used 2 batteries that had been in another blue ray for a couple of months so they were far from fully charged, once I have given them a boost I will try a match light.

As this is my first 803 I decided to set it at 95ma, it is plenty bright.

The focus is pin sharp close up but at the moment I seem to get quite a large dot over distance.
