My coming back sale! 150-200mw green modules 3V and 200mw torch.

I guess it's time to bump this thread and notify LPF'ers of how his "coming back sale" is panning out so far.

I asked nexbox360 about the torch-style 200mw pointers with the key switch last Sunday and he responded with more information and links to a picture that was representative of the pointer he was selling. He said he was having trouble uploading an actual photo.

Since it's impossible to tell if an actual photo is really an actual photo anyway, I decided to trust him and sent a PayPal payment for goods.

He responded - thanking me for the payment - and saying that he was really busy and taking care of someone sick. (Of course, no mention of that before I sent the payment)
Nevertheless, he said he would "try my best to get it out tomorrow" (Monday), and that it "SHOULD be out no later than Tuesday and SHOULD be there this week".
He also said that "I will link the tracking number to the PayPal asap after it has been shipped via USPS".

That has not happened - no tracking number. I emailed him Thursday morning and there has been no reply. He has not logged into the forums since Tuesday morning as of right now.

I'm not passing judgement at this point, and am still hoping he'll do the right thing as he seems to have done for other forum members here in the past.

I think it's my responsibility to pass along these facts to anyone else who might be thinking of buying from him right now.
 





Let me first start out with the obveous and that's an apology, I'm sorry your laser has not arived yet in the mail.
I did not mention anything about taking care of my sick grandma before because everything was fine until she woke up one morning backed up and getting sick it apeared to be the flew she was tired and sleeping most of the day and night, keep in mind she was almost 90 years old and at that age any sickness can be very dangerous I am sure you can undertand this.
I have not been on the forums nor did I ship out any purchases that have been made from members here or on e-bay because late Tuesday night she was rushed to the hospital and the next day passed away. I have lived with my grandma since the day I was born on and off between my dads after moving out when I was 18 I moved back in with her because my grandpa passed away she needed extra help, I have been living with her again for 5 more years taking care of her and the house. Needless to say I'm torn apart and did not want to be on here dealing with buisness at the time and still trying to avoid as much as possible as I have been busy with arangements and family in and out constantly for the past few days.
Again I aplogize and don't expect this to be an excuse but I feel it should be known but I'm not running a huge buisness I'm a one man band here just selling a couple lasers in my spare time to help with school but I do have a full time job on top of being a student 5 days a week, I'm sure you can understand and respect my delay.
You laser was shipped out already and is set to be there on Monday I aplogize it should have been there by Friday or Saturday I'm also sorry I did not notify you of the delay.
If you would like I can give you a 10% refund to help make your purchase with me a better experience and compromise for the delay as I am normaly on top of everything.
Again I apologize and hope everyone else who red the problems can also understand the few day delay and no responces since monday, if there are any conerns feel free to contact me but most of everything is over and taken care of as of now.
 
No need of any compensation for the delay. If everything works out as you say, I will be satisfied.
This could just be an unfortunate sequence of events.
For your information, I was torn on whether to post anything here on the forums or not. I like to give people every benefit of the doubt in these situations, but obviously there are limits.

BTW - Sorry for your loss, and I hope you are successful in trying to get your business going again.
 
Your responce is respected by most members as your doing your part in trying to help protect LPF members from fraud or any other problems and there's nothing wrong with that and I also buy custom laser builds on here as well and normaly you don't know who your dealing with and hope everything goes smooth and you get what you pay for and I can asure everyone I'm not here to cause any trouble or try to take anyones money I like to keep things peacefull and hope for the same in return.

Sorry for your loss.

As a seller I must say, that for success of your business is most important to have good communication with your buyers.

Personal life will suffer in many situations, but your business is on the line.

Those 2 things are different.

It is wild world for sellers, and you have to be strong, and always ready to react on time.

I also apreciate you help and support, it has taken me a little bit to get back in the mind of running things.
I have made a new post for the sale of laser modules with the new sale price and I'm going to like I before start donating to the website for every module sold $1 with go to help keeping this website moving.
Also keep your eyes out as I may offer 1 free module for anyone with the tools and equipment able to do another review on my module and also post the details with pictures, output readings, and possibly green vr IR output, the module will only be given to a trusted reputable member with the tools/equipment available to them.
